Sayoha Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Sayoha, a free app for practising how to say Japanese sentences in English.
What Sayoha does
Sayoha gives you Japanese prompts, takes your spoken or typed English answer, compares it with reference answers, and, if you turn it on, asks an AI service for feedback and explanations. It schedules reviews and tracks grammar points you have mastered. It is a practice tool. It is not a test, certification or tutoring service, and it does not grade pronunciation.
Who may use it
Sayoha is intended for adults. Use it for your own learning.
Your content
Your answers, added prompts and notes are yours and stay on your device. Don't enter other people's personal information, secrets, or text you have no right to use, and don't use Sayoha to copy existing textbooks, exam questions or lyrics. Prompts you capture from photos should be text you may practise with.
AI suggestions are suggestions
AI feedback can misjudge a correct alternative or explain grammar wrongly. Check what it says and re-submit if needed. Reference-answer comparison is a rough text match and does not judge meaning. Nothing is saved to your record until you confirm it.
Price and purchases
Sayoha is free. It has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, points or ads.
Apple
You download Sayoha from the App Store, so Apple's Media Services Terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Availability
AI, speech recognition and reminders depend on your device, network and outside services and may be unavailable at times. When that happens Sayoha tells you and lets you continue with built-in prompts and typing. We may update or change features.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and its starter prompts belong to the Sayoha developer. You may use them for personal study.
Liability
Sayoha is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for exam results, lost learning data you delete, or decisions made from AI feedback. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Ending use and changes
You can stop at any time by deleting your data or the app. If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above.

Sayoha でできること
Sayoha は日本語の問題を出し、あなたが話すか入力した英語の解答を受け取って参考解答と比べます。また、機能をオンにした場合は AI サービスにフィードバックと解説を求めます。復習の予定を組み、習得した文法項目を記録します。Sayoha は練習用のツールです。試験、資格認定、個別指導のサービスではなく、発音の採点も行いません。
利用できる方
Sayoha は大人向けです。ご自身の学習のためにお使いください。
あなたのコンテンツ
あなたの解答、追加した問題、メモはあなたのものであり、あなたの端末に保存されます。他人の個人情報、秘密情報、使用する権利のない文章を入力しないでください。また、既存の教科書、試験問題、歌詞を書き写すために Sayoha を使わないでください。写真から取り込む問題は、練習に使ってよい文章にしてください。
AI の提案はあくまで提案です
AI のフィードバックは、正しい別の言い方を誤りと判定したり、文法を誤って説明したりすることがあります。内容を確かめ、必要なら解答し直してください。参考解答との比較は大まかな文字の一致を見るもので、意味までは判断しません。あなたが確認するまで、記録には何も保存されません。
料金と購入
Sayoha は無料です。アプリ内課金、サブスクリプション、ポイント、広告はありません。
Apple
Sayoha は App Store からダウンロードするため、Apple のメディアサービス利用規約も適用されます。Apple はこのアプリやそのサポートについて責任を負いません。
提供状況
AI、音声認識、通知は、お使いの端末、ネットワーク、外部サービスに左右され、利用できないことがあります。その場合 Sayoha はその旨を表示し、内蔵の問題とキーボード入力で続けられるようにします。機能は更新または変更することがあります。
知的財産
アプリ、そのデザイン、最初から入っている問題は Sayoha の開発者に帰属します。個人の学習のために使うことができます。
責任
Sayoha は、法律で認められる範囲で現状のまま提供されます。試験の結果、あなたが削除した学習データの喪失、AI のフィードバックに基づく判断について、私たちは責任を負いません。本規約は、消費者法に基づくあなたの権利を制限するものではありません。
利用の終了と変更
データまたはアプリを削除すれば、いつでも利用をやめられます。本規約を変更する場合は、このページと上記の日付を更新します。
